LEGAL CAPACITY TO MAKE AGREEMENTS AND TRANSACT

If safa.store suffers any damage or other losses as a result of a transaction entered into by a minor, safa.store reserves the right to seek compensation for such losses from the parents or guardians of the minor who caused any order(s) to be placed with safa.store.

PRICES

All fees and prices are in Indian Rupees (₹).

CHANGING PRICE

Prices are subject to modification at any time. Prices may also vary due to a launching price, promotional offers or sales. Prices of items that are not in stock or that are available for pre-order are valid during its promotional period after the order was placed. Should the price of those items change with respect to pre-order price, Customer will be informed and given the option to cancel the order. We reserve the right to update prices displayed on the Site from time to time. Once prices are updated, they cannot be claimed against an order that has already been confirmed or delivered.

APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms and Conditions shall be interpreted and governed by the laws in force in India. Subject to the Arbitration section below, each party hereby agrees to submit to the jurisdiction of the court in Kozhikode (India) and to waive any objections based upon venue.

ORDERS

Placing an Order

Placing an order can be done from the website. Should you place an order from the website, you have to be sure that personal data is correct and updated. ___________ suggests the Customer to proof-read his/her form several times before validating an order. __________ is neither responsible for sending e-mails to the wrong e-mail address nor for sending parcels to the wrong delivery address if the form is incorrectly filled-out.

Processing Time

Orders will be processed within 24-48 hours approx., provided items are in stock and no problems arise with payment verification. safa.store does not guarantee same day-shipping. Orders are not processed on weekends and holidays.

Order Acceptance Policy

A receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation with the customer does not signify our acceptance of that order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. safa.store reserves the right at any time after receipt of order to accept or decline order for any reason. safa.store reserves the right at any time after receipt of order to supply less than the quantity ordered of any item, without prior notice. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order.

ORDER ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

Customers will be kept informed of order status via e-mail/Text MSG. All tracking information will be emailed to mail ID and/or mobile number once order is processed or has changed status. You may also acquire order status and other live updates by logging in to your account on our Web site.

CHANGES IN ORDERS

Changes in purchase order can be requested provided the order has not already been charged to the person’s account. The request for change in order can be put through a call to safa.store during the hours of operation. Remember to keep sales order (SO) or customer number ready for better assistance. We strongly discourage sending change order requests via email for timely modifications in order.

CANCEL ORDERS & POLICY

A request for order cancellation can be placed provided the order has not already been processed and shipped. Order cancellation requests are strongly recommended to be send via email. Cancellation can also be done through call during safa.store hours of operation.

Once the return request is received and products are returned, they shall be inspected before processing for refund. Subsequently, the approval or rejection of the refund will be notified. If refund is approved, it is processed and an amount, after deduction of any additional expenses incurred for cancellation, shall be credited back to customer account within 30 days. The shipping cost is incurred by the customer requesting the return.
